The three winners of Pitch@Palace China 1.0 - AI-Robotics Technology, Sesame World Technology, Puquan Scientific Technology, as well as the People’s Choice Award winner Aoorey – were invited to pitch at Pitch@Palace Global event at St James’s Palace on 6th December 2017 where AI-Robotics was awarded joint second place.
Pitch@Palace China 1.0 was brought to a successfully conclusion in May 2017. It was widely praised by senior government and business leaders, and gained a high degree of recognition from the business community and entrepreneur circles in China.
Launch of Pitch@Palace China 1.0 was held at EVE Castle on 28 March, 2017. Representative of Pitch@Palace Global Amanda Thirsk attended the launch event and delivered a keynote speech. More than 300 guests and entrepreneurs participated in the event of Entrepreneurship forum and celebrate the successful launch of Pitch@Palace China 1.0.

On 26 October 2016, the Duke of York opened Pitch@Palace China Club in Beijing, marking the official launch of Pitch@Palace programme in China.
First board meeting of Pitch@Palace China Club was held in Beijing. All committee members and partners had a thoughtful discussion of the planning of Pitch@Palace China in 2017 in order to facilitate the development of Chinese Entrepreneurs in the global market through connections between China and the UK.
On 6 June 2016, the second UK-China Business Leaders Summit was held in London. The Pitch@Palace China Club was established as a joint project between Pitch@Palace and the UK-China Business Leaders Club. It aims to bring together the experience and diverse resources of top entrepreneurs in China and the UK to promote the Pitch@Palace programme in China.
